By opting in to receive text communications from Source Receivables Management, LLC (“SRM”), you expressly consent and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Program Description

By providing SRM or its clients with your mobile telephone number and/or opting in, you expressly authorize SRM, including its agents and service providers, to send you account-related text message communications. Such communications may include account-related notifications, payment reminders, and other messages pertaining to the servicing or collection of an account. You understand and acknowledge that these messages may constitute debt collection communications as defined under applicable law. Your consent to receive such communications is voluntary and is not a condition of obtaining or retaining service.

Fees and Charges

Message and data rates may apply. SRM is not responsible for any charges from your carrier related to text messages.

Supported Carriers

Text messaging may not be available on all wireless carriers. If your handset does not support MMS, any MMS messages may be delivered as SMS messages. Wireless carriers are not liable for undelivered or delayed messages.

Settings Reminder

Text messages sent by SRM may be visible on your mobile device and could be viewed by others who have access to your device, mobile account, or notification settings. By consenting to receive text messages, you acknowledge and accept this risk. SRM recommends that you review and adjust your device and carrier settings, including lock-screen notifications, to protect the confidentiality of account-related information.

How to Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After doing so, you may receive a confirmation text. You will not receive additional text messages unless you opt back in.
